The Challenge
EduPath was growing by referral only, with no digital presence, no way for parents to track fees or results, and staff managing batches across five spreadsheets.
Our Approach
Ran a two-week brand sprint to define positioning (regional excellence, personalised attention). Then scoped the tech: public website, a lightweight internal portal for staff, and monthly reporting for management.
The Solution
New brand identity (logo, typography, color system). Conversion-focused website with course listings, result showcases, and lead-capture forms. Internal portal (Next.js + Supabase) for batch management, fee tracking, and attendance. SEO groundwork with 40-keyword content map.
